If you really wanted him to leave you alone, you wouldn't respond to anything he posts. Especially when he makes personal or vulgar remarks to or about you. Nothing drives an angry troll crazier than being ignored by a favored target.

Frankly though, I have to say that your attempts to "scare him" with vague threats to watch himself are a regular source of amusement anytime I happen to wander in.

So what's the plan? What are you going to do to him if he doesn't stop? Take away his birthday? Ground him? Pop his balloons? Spit in his drink? Challenge him to a duel?
