We are now destroying the PRINCIPAL sponsor of terrorism. Without our policy against Iran, that nation would be nuking every peaceful nation on Earth.

Our spending is NOT excessive. EU spending is pathetically small and its leadership cowed.

Our defense budget is moderate:

Percentage of GDP: Roughly 3.1% (per the World Bank SIPRI Database) or estimated around 3.4% for 2026 figures.
