Trump administration moves to end "universally hated" start/stop feature for cars

Trump finally did something I agree with. Trump is ending a credit for cars that turn off the engine and A/C while stopped at a red light.

My car is cool. It's an EV, so I can leave the A/C on while the car is parked. I can park my car in a hot parking lot on a hot day and come back to a nice cool car.

My car is much quicker than the Prius in this video, but slower than a new Ferrari.

To reduce greenhouse gas emissions we could switch to smaller cars and more walkable cities.

Switching to smaller cars and more walkable cities would help more than mandatory EVs or auto start/stop.

If cities were designed better, people could walk more and drive less. We should allow more small shops and restaurants in residential areas.
