A federal judge has ordered Senator Bernie Sanders to turn over "any and all" records pertaining to his extensive holdings in Communist China.

The first clue that this is bogus is that there's no 15th circuit federal court of appeals, they go up to 13.

A quick search on the text only provides links to Facebook posts.

This is, of course, the same "Judge Joseph Barron" hilariously (and falsely...since he doesn't exist) credited with overruling several of Biden's pardons on "constitutional grounds." The name has been used repeatedly for these kinds of fake rage bait.

I guess I tend to assume the best, especially when there's nothing particularly funny about what's posted, and figured she was being misinformed. But, from her response to you below it seems that she's knowingly posting crap. I expect she'll cackle like a hyena and move on to the next Facebook lie.

Thanks for the information about "Judge Joseph Barron". I'd determined there was no one of that name on the federal bench (obviously he's not on the non-existent 15th Appeals Circuit) but hadn't seen the bit about false claims regarding the Biden pardons.
