If you are trying to measure human life in monetary terms, you are an abject failure.

I wouldn’t want to be on the battle field with you.

No amount of money addresses the value of my loved ones.

If you are looking for a return on the $300 million expenditure, it was a well-spent, once-in-a-lifetime strategic training mission for our military.

on whether it's an America-loving soldier or a dumb Democrat that's always crying that America is Satan who stole land from Native Americans and loves slavery and that white Americans should hate themselves and teach their children that they're nothing more than white trash for something that happened before we were all born.

You have to have a starting point for healing first. Instead, what do Dems do? They constantly reopen the wound. It's a broken record that even Black folks are starting to hate. And millions of Black Americans do not want you talking about their white parents and grandparents like that. There are millions upon millions of Black folk on the net starting to hate Democrats for the same old, same old. And sadly, THERE ARE MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF BOTH YOUNG WHITE AND BLACK AMERICANS THAT ARE READY TO KILL YOU BECAUSE OF THE HATRED THAT LIBERAL COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS HAVE BRED INTO THEIR HEARTS. Without forgiveness the wound will never heal, and Dems can't get votes without putting salt in old wounds.

This was about the economics of war. Not your diatribe about the coloreds

And that's okay. A society is composed of more than readily-quantifiable things. Intangibles form an important part of a culture's unique identity, and this is a good example.

I thought I was saying something different than what you said, but I realize that I just ended up saying differently what you said.

Great minds think somewhat differently. I am a bit more nationalistic because I realize most other nations are mooches, have been on the take for scores of years, and would most likely abandon us were we in need. In the meantime, we have been drunken fools, putting their defense on our tab, resulting in huge national debt.

Read Shirer's 'The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich', and you will see where I am coming from.

I did add a couple of highlights of the rescue FWIW:

Pragmatically, it sent a strong message to the world, allies, enemies, and the weak-spined, that our determination is relentless and our skills are unrivaled … but only when led by a fearless leader like Donald J Trump. “No man left behind.”

As an additional return on our investment, there are probably hundreds or thousands of dead thugs who were after and would have killed our man. RIH.

OTOH, you take your chances with wimps like Biden. “Leave them behind in Afghanistan and let them die.”
