Easter Yegg

Just had a chance to listen to Donald make his Easter
address to the nation, then watched as he sat a bit n
mingled with the children.

I have to admit I was bit surprised by the Spiritual peace
that descended upon the audience as he spoke of many
wonders n rambled on about matters of importance to him.

Then they let him get close and sit with the children and
let him say some pertinent things about crucifixion and
his own very real suffering…

At that point, for the very first time, I began to become
concerned about the competency of the American
leadership, and its president -

There are times when I have listened to the sounds
that Donald’s brain makes come out of his mouth n
wondered how anyone could question the knowledge,
love of country, moral integrity, and need for lots of
attention the man carries within

I’m not certain if the country would fare well
under the leadership of this veep or if it’d
just be farewell for the country.

It may be US may now be due to
make room for rule by the wealthy

...the personality cult falls apart. While the appeal of Trump to his acolytes will likely never make sense to me, I'm pretty sure Vance doesn't have that appeal. If/when the GOP gets absolutely railed in the midterms, even if Trump is still around, I think you'll see that party start to return to a more traditional style of conservatism.

But as far as rule by the wealthy goes, the United States has been a de facto oligarchy for decades.
