Dems trying to kill the pres, Secret Service not being paid

Please by all means tell me why security was so lax at an event with FIVE top people in the administration and when a war is going on.

Let's look at logistics

There have been not one, but two purported attempts. That, alone, should call for very tight and heightened security.

- only cursory looks at tickets

- Tickets to the dinner only had table numbers written on them and not the actual names of guests. Identification was not checked at any point for those entering the hotel

- Guests making their way to the dinner went down escalators from the main lobbies, before going through a security checkpoint

- Why was vance removed before trump.

- Why did a person who considers the press an enemy, and who has never attended this event before do so now? It doesn't scan.

- conveniently happens when approval ratings are at an all time low and trump wants his golden goose

As for insufficient security:

1. Allen was quickly caught before he was even near the ballroom 2 floors down.

2. The irresponsible dems are holding up the DHS bill and our SS is working without pay, so it's obvious that the dems don't give a damn about homeland security or that of the Admin.

We don’t agree much, Trish. But I have never known you to be a perpetrator of bat shit crazy conspiracy theories.

The security at the event could have been better, but it worked. The potential political assassin was apprehended without killing anyone. And that is despite congressional Democrats choosing to prevent secret service agents from getting paid.

The would be assassin at the press event had political motivation, fired a shot outside of the ball room, and was apprehended. Security could have been tighter, but was effective.

None of what you wrote supports your opinion that the Butler attempt of the attempt last week was rigged.

Butler had very similar issues with security. And IMO there seems to be no residual damage to Trump's ear.

The security team should have never let him stand up like that - Keep DOWN is the rule.
