Now California has a High Speed Bus Plan,

I'm not sure if "High Speed Buses" would work. Even if they are possible, I don't believe California could do it.

It looks like the politicians in California get their ideas from The Onion.

The California High-Speed Rail is way over budget and behind schedule.

That's why I don't believe they can make a high speed bus.

They are wasting my tax money.
