when he says some of the things he says, does
he do anything that gives you cause to look up
and say,”What??!”

or are you just A-OK and peachy-keen
with what you see him do and what
you hear him say ?

That’s OK if it allows you to comfortably dismiss
the reality of the words put down for you to get
under with your deeply thoughtful commentary.

Do you think it’s easier to do this bit than it is for
someone to admire and uplift his wonderfulness?
