The Trump account, also known as a 530A account for kids seems like a good idea.

I disagree with Trump on a lot of stuff, but this thing seems like a good idea.

The children get to start with a contribution of $1,000. They get to save more money and earn interest and learn about and practice saving for their future.

Too many Americans have too much debt. This give kids a chance to practice saving and investing

One concern

The assumption that the child can scrape together $1000
or knows someone who could put up the initial investment,
the other thing is that certain aspects of how the fun part
of Trump accounts use of the fund functions…

One Big Beautiful Bill Act… cheez

Can you picture of him riding around the Old West with
a wagon-full of goodies that you could purchase?

I think there are a lot more concerns than one

Will people be turned away (if so, will there be a target demographic for approvals - I'm betting on it).

Can the government touch the money like it did with Social Security, and NEVER pay it back

Tracking. How much leverage will the government have over tracking the family, not just the funds.

I Totally Agree About The Accounts!!
