Is that the one that establishes the basic ground rules for committing the country to war or is it the one that allows the president to send the American military anywhere he wants to, whenever he take a mind to, spending however many thousands of dollars it takes to accomplish his less than clearly define goals, without answering to anyone, like they do in those third world nations where the people are mostly hungry and ignorant ?

I am only asking this because I’m not from this country, but I have heard wonderful things about it and I have been giving serious consideration to moving the Family businesses there; because of the wonderful Tax system you have, and the way the money is being spent.
