Obama Administration Freezes ‘Gain-of-Function’ Research on Influenza, Other Pathogens On Friday, the Obama administration announced it has temporarily halted funding new "gain-of -function" research that involves making influenza or other pathogens more transmissible or deadly. The funding freeze comes after experts last month criticized the federal government for not addressing gain-of-function research in its guidelines for "dual-use research of concern," or research on pathogens that can be used for legitimate reasons and also for biowarfare.

I would also note: how do you feel about all the ways Trump is decreasing our ability to remain healthy (especially the disabled, elderly, and infirmed)...?

Several times, Democratic Presidents with Democratic Majority Congresses had the opportunity to pass Medicare for All and did NOT DO SO.

Democrats TALK about health care, and produce utter crap like ObamaCare which is worse than NOTHING.

Is that what they told you to believe? BECAUSE lots of U.S. hardworking citizens filed for help and got nothing after working for 30–40 years and became sick?

If anything what you say is good cause to fight for Universal Healthcare

as for medicare - talk to the orange goon
