That was very interesting; thanks for the post. A couple of things struck me, both unrelated to the railway. First, I was a bit stunned to see the expanses of farm fields over and along the former ROW, an area just a short distance from London proper. I watch quite a bit of CountryFile and am always struck by the amount of ag lands that remain in cultivation in the UK. Runs contrary to the notion of it being so densely populated. Also, another good example of how the drone has impacted modern cinematography; very nice work. Railway archeology is pretty fascinating stuff. We have a number of abandoned lines nearby that have been largely reclaimed by nature. It would be fun to go out and take a closer look.
