Good link and I really hope it all pans out as planned because I have been expecting this for the last 50 years being a NASA fanboy since the 60's.

This also ties in nicely with my current serialised story 'Event Horizon' since I've taken a short break whilst soaking up the Star Trek movies 1 thru 6 in order to help me get my ideas into order, some things I may drop but then others may be boosted because of refreshed inspiration.

I like the overall idea but its a bit weak in places and vague where it needs shoring up with more action, description etc.

So fair warning Sarge the tiles might abruptly change direction! I have been looking at some old ones and also my artwork inspiration and am tempted to try and weld the old Tinkletap/Brownie/Barrier story onto the current ones and drop the tie in with First Contact's Zefram Cochrane.

Spent three days agonizing over whether to try and fix that or just drop it altogether, give Charles back to his dad and carry on a more earth bound tale but with the potential to jump back to Charles2 in stasis if inspiration strikes.

It occurred to me that theres no story hen a parent loses a child and then apparently carries on as if its no big deal! Then again any aliens able to do what they have so far could just as well clone the lad or keep him on ice and brain washed so he really does think he's the inventor of warp drive.

So as things look for now its time for the Mediator to bring the boy back and possibly keep a replicant in stasis for possible further use if needed.

Or perhaps I'll start over?
