I'm warming to the format you've now used a couple times where you quote from the Manual or recount a conversation between the Denizens of the Higher Planes, then place that in context with the continued snippets of the story in the main character's world.

Not only are things made clearer to us of the thicker segment of the readership (Grin!) but one gets to nod knowingly at the characters themselves just a little bit.
