Lying in bed:
1. Use yellow band with handles, place under foot, hold around hip
level, staighten leg againt resistance x 10 reps
2. Bridgeing- raise hips off bed, count to 3, then relax x 10
3. Crunches - place hands on belly, lift shoulders off pillow about 3
inches only x 10
Sitting at edge of bed:
1. Hold 2 1⁄2 lb round weight, bring hand up to shoulder x 10
2. Hold blue exercise band attached above your head, pull down till your
elbow is straight.
3. Sit to stand from bed x 5
Walking practice: Walk to bathroom using rollator at least twice per day.
