I never will come off the thought that the Industrial Age has had a detrimental effect on the environment in whole, not just CO2 levels in the atmosphere adding to or complicating the effects of normal cyclic climate change.
We will never know the extent of the effect, mostly because of media hyper-spinning and the politicisation our information is subject to, nay destroyed by.
Still, to me the science is pretty simple and pretty clear, so I can accept the theories themselves as probably valid.
But does it matter when my point is quite simply if you see a mess needing tidying, it never is a bad thing to not scream about it, not wail about it, or not ignore it as a mess that isn't there when it is. Same goes for our environment (not just the atmosphere and the climate it creates but the whole of our environment). It's never a bad thing to clean up a shit-pile when you see it rather than point, scream, and demand someone else cleans it up on the one hand or deny it has an odour on the other.
Simple calm common sense...
