Can't say I would argue with much, if any, of that. As far as "the media who should be issuing warnings are not doing their job...", tune in to MSNBC during the day (if you have access). That's a steady stream of anti-Trump, anti-MAGA, anti Congressional-Republican; sometimes just listening to it all wears me out.
