Suzuki did have a knack of turning out 2-strokes that were not just sporty but also good for touring.
I remember going to the I.O.M TT 1980 with one of the lads actually riding a GT 360 C/W chair, the thing performed excellently well and I believe the same can be said of the GTs 500 and 750 re touring.
