A good shop manual makes a huge difference when trying to sort out the issues on almost anything. I still have a library of them in the garage, even when most of the associated cars are long gone. Even have two or three for cars I've never owned (on the outside chance one might come into my possession some day).

We still have a Honda CMX450 stuffed in the back of my brother's garage...hasn't been ridden in years. It's a bit of a rarity, hence we've hung onto it. It needs a new tank (at least). Gonna have to drag that out one of these days.
