Meanwhile, the lower 2/3rds of the back and its juncture with the pelvis are pretty well immobile. No motion at that joint and no articulation in that section of the spine; might as well be fused. No improvement there, I'm afraid.
So, now we know the what, but will have to go through a lot of imaging and orthopaedic nonsense to learn the why. Even after that, the outlook regarding any sort of a fix is not optimistic.
I'm not best pleased at the moment, I fear.
