I had originally hoped to produce something no longer than a sentence or two, to post at the

However once I began to write I realised that if taken out of context, that is to say, a statement unsupported by any sort of explanation as to why and how that view developed, then my thoughts might be easily dismissed as biased or uninformed.

In fact I hadn't intended to add any more to the story so far until, just now, I explained to Tammy about the true methodology behind Rupert Murdoch's 'The Dirty Digger'deliberate attack on the newspaper business then TV a la Fox.

She did not know about Murdoch (which amazed me) but he first poisoned the British press so thanks to Private Eye I was made aware of his infamy several decades past.

So as I think you can see, there are so many threads to this story that I really cannot hope to write a pithy summary of my views because most people are frankly clueless about past events.

Worse still they tend to make rash assumptions about who or what is to blame for the parlous state of the union's communication breakdown, and failing to recognize propaganda for what it is.

Just ask the average bod who Goebbels was?!

So those are but two examples of important influences that have contributed to my opinion on what is basically wrong with MAGA's repulsive behaviour and why they behave like that and who and what is responsible.

Seminal influences, so to speak.

So I guess I need to add some more info to the mix?
