The streak of life disruption continues. Sometimes it just all comes to a head.

Last Tuesday my wife's Sub'y suffered a massive shunt from behind. She came out of it unscathed (as far as we know now a week later) but the car she absolutely adored gave its all in her protection. Another unsettled period of dealing with insurance companies &c, followed by the dreaded car-shop.

While I personally didn't much like driving that car, it was a perfect fit for her and the intent was to keep it for as close to forever as possible. Given the manner of its demise, I have nothing but good things to say in its memory and there were no options entertained other than purchasing another Leg Outback for her which is now in the drive.
