Tremendous progress after what sounds to be some serious work and lifestyle (diet) changes, Fred. I have an appointment in three weeks and I don't expect to hear such terrific news. I haven't lost any weight in the intervening six months, in fact I've packed on five or six pounds. Still down 56 pounds, though...we'll see what the A1c looks like, but I'm bracing myself for a beating.
