Doesn't at all stop the other two lap-rats from piling in and piling on. Hobbes and Grrr expect it on demand, but don't begrudge (indeed willingly give) The Swede her time.

Caledonia and Lucy the Micro-panther aren't really lap cats. Cal'y wants her feet on the ground, otherwise very actively affectionate. Lucy can be carried about and tucks in tight at night on the bed, but not a lap-napper.
