We looked at my blood counts taken just after surgery and several times periodically 'til now and the conclusion is the post surgical anaemia is rectifying itself at what really is a reasonable pace.
The red counts are now in normal range and the anomalous white counts historically were even more out of whack in those previous tests. They are tightening up and are expected to also come into range the next time we do this. Actually very positive.
I still have a bit of a problem with the final couple millimetres of the incision staying closed; the skin very thin when it does then splitting back open if I stretch "wrong". I am waiting to hear from a wound specialist (who knew that was a speciality?) from the hospital staff to address it.
All in all, though, progressing nicely albeit slowly.
