As I probably mentioned before, I've been on a clean-up kick of late, trying to sort through all of the stuff accumulated over the last 50+ years. It's been a fun exercise, the goal being to judiciously hang onto the bits I deem useful or of interest and jettison the rest.
Since a teenager, I've had a fondness for the wargaming hobby; not just the paper map and cardboard chip types, but the miniature soldier/tank/ship, tape-measure, and dice sorts. There's just a disorganized mountain of this stuff, affectionately known as "The Lead Pile" here.
Over the last couple months, I've sold a bunch of stuff while simultaneously beginning the effort to finish off the last of what I've decided to keep (still an impressive amount of stuff). I might post an occasional pic here, just to share and possibly keep myself motivated. The real challenge will be to not acquire any more examples...fat chance.
