Pain killers are kept to a very limited and temporary use here, especially as the nerves have pretty well settled after the spinal fusion exercise (dam near a year now since that exercise).
Nothing more potent than whisky or horse-choker Tylenols since February last, other than a healthy dose of that good ol' infantry curative known as FIDO ("Eff it! Drive On.")
In spite of all the things they say trigger it off, it seems to be one of those simple pleasures that really has no rhyme nor reason in reality. Just throws a wobbly whenever it wants on whim rather like a toddler.
