I cannot stop laughing at the ridiculousness of that line, it truly made me spit my morning Joe out! As for the second picture, there exists pond-life near me who would happily steal a pair of wire snips from the local D.I.Y. store to remove said "antenna" from the wheels of their souped-up, compact dreck waggon!
