the MESSES created in their jobs are unbelievable! He is a V.A. hospital psychologist within the government and she is a mental health O.T. working with government agencies who provide both Medicaid and Medicare insurance to cover patients.

Both are running into walls because of the inability of agencies to purchase even routine supplies; red-tape trying to process patients & claims; and enormous upheavals due to random, ill-considered employee terminations of too many of their support staff. What is left is a skeleton crew with mismatched knowledge backgrounds and, in some situations, zero knowledge background in crucial areas.

They describe it like a bomb going off in an agency, wiping out entire departments leaving those left to try to figure out how to do their jobs without crucial information and workers.

Needless to say, it is maddening, frustrating, and driving out talented, formerly dedicated career personnel who hate their jobs now.
