California has revenue to pay its debt. We won't with the tax cuts.
Obama and Biden reduced our annual shortfall deficit.
Trump grew it first time to $4.5 trillion
Indicators say Trump will increase it by $3 trillion
more from the currect $1.2 trillion Biden left.
