Texas don't need no stinkin NOAA or FEMA.

Ron Paul used to vote against any state request for disaster relief because he insisted that was state, not Federal responsibility. That is until Texas was struck by a hurricane or tornadoes. Then Paul was first in line with his outstetched hand.

The felon said it waa a horrible disaster. However he didn't have any idea what it was. He was golfing.
