if there are collateral ICE arrests, deaths and incarcerations. Homan has already admitted to that. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to get rid of the undesirables.

They probably don't even mind losing a few pretty little girls to a flood, as long as they don't raise their taxes. But sex crimes...? That cannot be tolerated, especially if it doesn't implicate the right people.
