As for the Japanese government, they deserved it, and brought it on themselves and their own people. They could simply have surrendered.

I do hope that they will forever be the LAST nuclear weapons used in cities. I only fear that one day, one 'side' will use a nuclear weapon and floodgates will be opened which can't be closed.

Pakistan and India are particularly an area of concern. Who know what religious nuts would do?

I'd like for such weapons to be made illegal.
