C'mon. The Mueller Report spelled it out. He made it abundantly clear that there WAS collusion. He just couldn't say that djt should be CHARGED without specific PROOF of ILLEGAL CONSPIRACY. Collusion is not the legal definition of conspiracy. So, while he was suggesting that further action happen, he couldn't recommend CHARGES without the further action and the testimony of the Russians that were all CHARGED with conspiracy against the USA.

AG Barr TOTALLY misrepresented the Mueller Report and Mueller, getting on in age, didn't protest very loudly, even as he protested quietly in a corner. djt was already IN OFFICE so it was difficult for anyone to push the FBI or CIA etc. to do more to find the conspiracy proof. In the end, Barr squelched it.

That doesn't mean that it didn't happen. trump was NOT EXONERATED as he loves to claim. Not by a long shot!
