If we get our democratic republic back, two things are immediately necessary.
1.) Establish term limits to SCOTUS justices.
No more lifetime appointments.
2.) Make impeachment of SCOTUS justices easier.
3.) Instead of one nominee, make it three, one from each party, and one independent. Then let them CONTEND for the appointment.
