Each state decides disbursement for much of it's federal funds in all aspects not just SNAP.

I've seen lot's of social media stuff stating ask why we need SNAP. Good question yet most posting that mantra have no clue or disturbing responses as to the cause and no solution.

I will share if I can. I'm grateful I have neighbors who have similar belief. But I also expect nothing.
