It would allow members of Congress to sue any DoJ for investigating them, especially if linked to the 6 Jan Insurrection, retroactive to 2022. An award of $500k per pop would have given Graham right to sue for about $3 million in punitive damages.

He stood on the floor and ranted for 40 minutes. Went after Biden with unusual energy.

Ever listen to him pronounce "trump?"
