Great news about movement on the left side.
My left side has been out of sorts for several days. (sympathy pains? haha) I slipped on an icy sidewalk last week then slept in awkward positions. Not much improvement.
So I found my tens unit to get some relief today. I hate waiting to heal because I have $h†µƒƒ to do. Importantly I got holiday cookies to make with my granddaughter this weekend.
So I can imagine that Mum/Grammy wants to be with her grandkids too.
