So now the story is that this officer was injured by doing the same thing previously and having to get many stitches in his leg after being hit by a car?? So of course he was so traumatized by that previous incident that we should understand why he did it AGAIN, despite being trained NOT to stand in front of a vehicle, and despite being injured previously doing that same thing, and THAT’S why he did it again and shot at THIS person???

Looks to me like he wanted to have a reason to murder someone.
