The 7 county Metro area of about a 30+ mile radius has over 3 million citizens. Mpls/StPaul is about half of that. Kristi Noem's state population would fit inside Hennepin County. (Minneapolis)
The St Croix River Valley on the Wisconsin side is very purple even though they are cheeseheads LOL (vikings packers) ICE is active there too.
Currently they are targeting construction sites in the more affluent suburbs building for the HOAs. The climate is easier.
Locals there can't decide how much they like tacos and asian buffets.
