It's a tricky and touchy topic for wealthy people whom they'd need to hit the "magic %" to keep them stateside.

I also think it's essential to do a special tax on (billionaire) $$$$$$$$$$.$$ companies as well. Right now, too many pay ZERO in taxes and that's just sooo wrong.
