Someone could see "ambiguity" in the Pretti murder as well for the simple fact that he was carrying a gun. The agents could say they feared for their lives when they saw the gun. There will be no accountability and no change with their tactics, even if they "soften their tone" for a minute or two. They are hell bent. Fear is what they want to instill.
