When sharing a link there is usually some sort of identifier attached. It can be who shared it from where and what browser etc.
When Pasting a link look for the ? in the URL and delete the ? and everything after it.
Example copy share
www.SocialMedia.com/share/aBc4ef3/?sid=unique_ID&Variable_X=a_value
Should be pasted as
www.SocialMedia.com/share/aBc4ef3/
This can avoid revealing personal account links it was shared from.
