For starters, those disenfranchised by elimination of mail in ballots begin with the deployed US military, and that includes deployed National Guard and ICE from their hometowns and home states. Do they not realize without mail in voting, wherever they are deployed, they will not have the right or ability to vote in their hometown election, or ANY election because they won't be registered where they are deployed?
