A majority of Americans despise him and want him GONE. Most of the world feels the same way.

Putin would certainly compete with him for that title. Not that he could pose a severe threat to America's military, but it would be a big problem as would every other nation who would fight against us the way the Allies fought the Axis, particularly Germany & Japan.

So he can wish upon a star and bluster all he pleases, but it won't happen.
