I've read a ton of his pieces and he wholeheartedly HATES this war and the idiots who've started it.

He was not trying to be political or judgmental, but simply explaining and grateful for America's ability to get our soldiers back to safety if their planes crash.

Kinzinger is NO cheerleader for war, especially a war of CHOICE where hapless soldiers are sent to fight and maybe die for no good reason.
