I write allegedly because as a convicted felon, convicted of fraud, he is ineligible to vote in Fla, DC or New York.

Mail in ballots were conceived for military ability to vote in their hometown election regardless of where they're deployed.

Felon doesn't give a flying tvrd about the military,
or any hardships he puts on ordinary, struggling working people.
Maybe by sending in a mailed ballot, he either lied, or did it and knows he cheated and is projecting...
and thinks because he assumes he got away with it, that's proof of cheating.
If he's ineligible, it wasn't counted. It was rejected.
