There is supposed to be one Justice for every ciruit. But now there are 13 circuits and four of the justices do double duty. Any guesses who?
The fact Bork didn't make it doesn't matter. Felon found three worse replacements, and if Thomas and Alito retire, he will choose two more, giving him a majority of nominations to SCOTUS. Most by any POTUS ever.
