Just because I dont buy into their religious beliefs, doesn't mean that I don't respect their right to believe in and practice their respective religions.

America was founded on various freedoms, religious freedom being an early and very important one.

Soldiers put their lives on the line to protect freedom, including freedom of religion. Wanting theirs to be formally recognized, as they already were, is NOT unreasonable. It should be respected!
